The Berlin Bike MTB1 was developed as a mountain bike for beginners and leisure use.

It is suitable for forest paths, gravel tracks, light trails as well as for use on paved roads.

This model:

❌ is not suitable for jumps, drops, hard landings, or extreme riding

The bicycle has been equipped with high-quality and durable parts,

to ensure a long service life, reliability, and pleasant riding comfort.

With the Berlin Bike MTB1, control, comfort, and everyday suitability are the main focus.

The Berlin Bike MTB1 Series was designed for riders of various heights and offers, thanks to different tyre sizes, high riding comfort, optimal control, and safe handling on trails, gravel paths, as well as paved roads.

Recommended tyre sizes according to height:

• 29 inches: from about 175 cm in height
  
• 27.5 inches: from about 165 cm in height
  
• 26 inches: from about 155 cm in height

Thus, the Berlin Bike MTB1 Series is a versatile mountain bike suitable for youths and adults and impresses with its sporty, balanced frame geometry for various uses.

The Berlin Bike MTB1 is delivered about 75% preassembled.

Only a few simple assembly steps are required for final use.

The customer must assemble or adjust the following parts:

🚲 Front wheel
🔧 Align handlebars
🦶 Attach pedals
💺 Adjust saddle

After these brief steps, the bicycle is ready to ride.

Alternatively, the Berlin Bike MTB1 can also be picked up fully assembled in the shop.

This way, the customer has the choice between quick self-assembly and convenient pickup.

The shipping of the Berlin Bike MTB1 is free within Germany.

For deliveries outside Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of 29 €.

The Berlin Bike MTB1 is subject to the statutory 14-day cancellation period.

The bicycle can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions must be met:

• The bicycle is unused
  
• It is returned in the original packaging and with all accessories
  
• No damage from use or improper assembly has occurred
  

Damage caused by improper or faulty packaging during return shipping

is also the responsibility of the customer.

If signs of use, damage, or depreciation are found on the product,

the resulting costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed as quickly as possible.

For the Berlin Bike MTB1, the statutory warranty of 2 years applies from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur under proper use.

Excluded from the warranty are:
❌ worn parts such as tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, chain, sprockets, etc.
❌ Damage caused by accidents, falls, or external influences
❌ Damage caused by improper use, faulty assembly, or unauthorized repairs
❌ Normal wear and tear from daily use

Conditions for claiming the warranty:

• The bicycle was used as intended
  
• Maintenance and care were carried out regularly and properly
  
• The proof of purchase (invoice) is available
  

In the event of a warranty claim, the affected part will be repaired or replaced.

Further claims exist only within the scope of the statutory provisions.
