The Berlin Bike MTB1 was developed as a mountain bike for beginners and recreational use.

It is suitable for forest paths, gravel roads, easy trails, as well as for use on paved roads.

This model:

❌ is not suitable for jumps, drops, hard landings, or extreme riding

The bicycle is equipped with high-quality, durable components,

With the Berlin Bike MTB1, control, comfort, and everyday practicality are the top priorities.

The Berlin Bike MTB1 Series was developed for riders of different heights and, thanks to its various tire sizes, offers high riding comfort, optimal control, and safe handling on trails, gravel paths, and paved roads.

Recommended tire sizes according to rider height:

• 29 inches: for heights of approximately 175 cm and above
  
• 27.5 inches: for heights of approximately 165 cm and above
  
• 26 inches: for heights of approximately 155 cm and above

This makes the Berlin Bike MTB1 Series a versatile mountain bike suitable for teenagers and adults, with its sporty, well-balanced geometry making it ideal for a range of uses.

The Berlin Bike MTB1 is delivered approximately 75% pre-assembled.

Only a few simple assembly steps are required before it can be used.

The customer must assemble or adjust the following parts:

🚲 Front wheel
🔧 Align the handlebars
🦶 Install the pedals
💺 Adjust the saddle

After these quick steps, the bicycle is ready to ride.

Alternatively, the Berlin Bike MTB1 can be collected from the store fully assembled.

This gives the customer the choice between quick self-assembly and convenient collection.

Shipping for the Berlin Bike MTB1 is free within Germany.

For deliveries outside Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €29.

The statutory 14-day cancellation period applies to the Berlin Bike MTB1.

The bicycle can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

To ensure that the return can be processed smoothly, the following requirements must be met:

• The bicycle is unused
  
• It is returned in its original packaging with all accessories
  
• There is no damage caused by use or improper assembly
  

Any damage caused by improper or inadequate packaging during the return shipment

will likewise be charged to the customer.

If signs of use, damage, or a reduction in value are found on the product,

the resulting costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued as soon as possible.

For the Berlin Bike MTB1, the statutory warranty of 2 years applies from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur under intended use.

The following are excluded from the warranty:
❌ Wear parts such as tires, inner tubes, brake pads, chain, sprockets, etc.
❌ Damage caused by accidents, falls, or external influences
❌ Damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or unauthorized repairs
❌ Normal wear and tear from daily use

Requirements for making a warranty claim:

• The bicycle was used for its intended purpose
  
• Maintenance and care were carried out regularly and professionally
  
• The proof of purchase (invoice) is available
  

In the event of a warranty claim, the affected component will be repaired or replaced.

Further claims exist exclusively within the scope of the statutory provisions.
