Shipment

How long does delivery take?

We deliver your order within 5-7 working days.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you always know where your order is and when it will arrive.

Is shipping free?

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

When will the goods be shipped?

Once your order has been received, it will be checked immediately. It is then prepared in the warehouse, packaged, labeled for shipping and picked up by the delivery service. Now the goods are on their way to you.

What engine power do the e-bikes have?

The SUV motor has 48V, 250 watts and 50 NM torque.

The 2GO engine has:
- 36V,
- 250 watts and 40 Nm torque,
- 5 support levels
- Battery In frame and removable
- Battery capacity 378 Wh (36 Volt – 10.5 Ah)
- Samsung lithium-ion battery cells
- Range approximately 50 km (However, this may vary depending on rider weight, road conditions, wind and assistance mode.) - Charger 50% charged in 2.5 hours
- Fully charged in 6 hours
- 2.0A charger

How long does the battery last? What range do the e-bikes have?

How long the battery lasts and how far you can get with it obviously depends on your driving style. With our 2GO e-bikes you achieve an average range of approx. 50 km and with our SUV model approx. 100 km.


How long does it take to charge the battery?

The battery charges for about 6 hours.


Can you ride the e-bike well on inclines?

The e-bike can handle inclines without any problems and without you having to sweat.


Can you attach trailers or child seats?

You can attach both trailers and child seats.


How long is my warranty?

The warranty is 24 months from the date of purchase.

The statutory warranty period is two years from delivery of the e-bikes. Within this period, the buyer has the right to subsequent performance, i.e. either the elimination of the defect (repair) or the delivery of a defect-free e-bike (replacement delivery).

In the event that the buyer discovers a defect during the warranty or guarantee period, he is obliged to immediately report this to the seller or the manufacturer and to make the e-bike available for inspection and repair.

Where can I find my order number?

After placing your order, you will receive an email in which you will find, among other things, the order number.


Can I place an order by telephone?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, orders cannot be accepted by telephone. Please use our online shop to place an order.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Shipping is currently limited to Germany, the EU countries and Switzerland.

Complaints / Returns

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you can contact our customer service within the cancellation period of 14 days.

Can you cancel orders that have already been shipped?

Yes, it is possible to cancel an order that has already been shipped within the cancellation period of 14 days.

How can I return my order?

To return your order, please contact our customer service by email at info@berlin-ebike.com or by phone at +49 (0) 30 6293 802 90. If there is something wrong with the order, we ask you to provide photos as proof send. You can then make an appointment for collection. Please keep the product packaging in this case.
