Shipping

How long does the delivery take?

We deliver your order within 5-7 working days.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you always know where your order is and when it will arrive with you.

Is the shipping free of charge?

Shipping within Germany is free of charge for you.

When will the goods be shipped?

After receiving your order, it will be checked immediately. Afterwards, it will be prepared in the warehouse, packed, labeled for shipping, and picked up by the delivery service. Now the goods are on their way to you.

What motor power do the electric bicycles have?

The SUV motor has 48V, 250 watts, and 50 Nm torque.

The 2GO motor has:
- 36V,
- 250 watts and 40 Nm torque,
- 5 support levels
- Battery in the frame and removable
- Battery capacity 378 Wh (36 volts – 10.5 Ah)
- Samsung lithium-ion battery cells
- Range about 50 km (This can vary depending on the rider’s weight, road conditions, wind, and support mode.) - Charger charges 50% in 2.5 hours
- Fully charged in 6 hours
- 2.0 A charger

How long does the battery last? What range do the electric bicycles have?

How long the battery lasts and how far you can go with it naturally depends on your riding style. With our 2GO electric bicycles, you reach an average range of about 50 km, and with our SUV model about 100 km.


How long does it take to charge the battery?

The battery charges in about 6 hours.


Can the electric bike also be ridden well on inclines?

The e-bike handles inclines effortlessly and without making you sweat.


Can trailers or child seats be attached?

One can attach both trailers and child seats.


How long is my warranty?

The warranty lasts for 24 months from the date of purchase.

The statutory warranty period is two years from the delivery of the e-bikes. Within this period, the buyer has the right to subsequent performance, that is either the removal of the defect (repair) or the delivery of a defect-free e-bike (replacement delivery).

In the event that the buyer discovers a defect during the warranty or guarantee period, they are obliged to notify the seller or the manufacturer immediately and to make the e-bike available for inspection and repair.

Does Berlin Bike also offer used or clearance bicycles?

For safety reasons, orders cannot be accepted by phone. Please use our online shop to place an order.

To which countries do you deliver?

Currently, shipping is limited to Germany, the EU countries, and Switzerland.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you are welcome to contact our customer service within the 14-day withdrawal period.

How can I send back my order?

If there is something wrong with the order, we ask you to send photos as proof. Afterwards, you can arrange a pickup appointment. Please keep the product’s packaging in this case.
